End of life care
As pets grow older or become seriously ill, choosing euthanasia can be a kind and responsible decision. Many people have this procedure done at our clinics, supported by our caring team. However, more families now prefer this to happen at home, where their pet feels most comfortable. We are pleased to offer at-home euthanasia services, so you can say goodbye to your pet in their familiar surroundings, with everyone who loves them.
We understand the loss of your pet, companion and friend is a significant and difficult experience, so we are here to support you at every step. We can help you with planning your pets final moments ensuring a gentle and dignified service.
To book an appointment in branch or a home visit, please call our reception team for guidance along with your wishes in cremation. Upon booking for a home visit, you will be asked to pay £280 which will cover the process and the first hour from the vet leaving the practice. Visits going beyond an hour will be charged per quarter hour thereafter.
We may be able to accommodate same-day appointments for home visits, to ensure timely and compassionate care, this should be booked in no later than 10.30am. Please speak with our supportive team at your local branch to arrange for your vet to aid your pet’s farewell.
