Our Surgeries
History
Bush House was established in the 1920s, initially opened in Llandeilo opposite the civic hall by T H Jones. The practice later moved to its current premises in Ffairfach, which was originally the Ivy Bush Public House. This is where the practice name originated from and in 1975 became known as Bush House Veterinary Group.
The Ammanford practice was also opened in the 1920s by two vets who served in World War 1. One of the partners, F E John, left to work as a National Coal Worker vet in the 1940s and that’s when Bush House took over the practice.
The Cross Hands branch was opened in the 1960s and is the third branch of our strong team.
